Cancellation & Refund Policy

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, “Coral Estates”, "us" or “we” means coral estates, inc.

Please read carefully the policy provided below has well the Terms and Conditions agreed apon durring the creation of the account.

1. Digital/downloadable products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

2. Account membership plans

2.1 For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 24 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 24 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 24 hours cut-off. No exceptions.

2.2 For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 24 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 24 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 24 hour cut off. No exceptions.
